Will Azoth kill Rat
I think Azoth will kill Rat because well let's go back to the beginning. First in the beginning of the book I would think that Azoth couldn't kill Rat because Azoth was shy always in the backround. He would always pay his dues because he was afraid of Rat but now after Blint gave him the assignment to kill Rat and if he succeeded he would be his apprentice. If Azoth would fail his life would be over this gives him a chance to step up from the shadows and do something. What do you think?

Azoth will kill rat because he obviously does not like him and he wants to become an apprentice for Blint. So he will win in to ways by killing rat. also he probably wont pay his dues if he kills rat.
